Salem district court Massachusetts

Background:
The original divorce was in 1989, My father moved to South Carolina where he now resides. He has never paid the court appointed alimony. Two years ago my mother went back to Salem district court in a last attempt to seek justice.
My father did not show in court , three contempt of courts. The court ruled one year ago to start alimony at that time. Since the ruling last year he has accrued $ 50,000.00 in back alimony.( as of 09/01/2006 )
He live with his new wife, he has transferred all his assets into her name an now declares that he has no assets. He currently works as the Director of Habitat for Humanity in Spartanburg, SC.

Question:
Since he does not live in the state of the court order how do we proceed?
#1 Can the court "Order Appointing Receiver to aid in collection of judgment"
#2 How could we proceed "court arranged out of state arrested with bail set at the judgment amount." in order to let him find the funds he need to comply with the court order.

Any thoughts or strategies would be appreciated,

Your mother needs an attorney in South Carolina like right now.

And when you find her one, speak the him/her about filing fraudulent transfer charges against gold old pops.

Anyone up to the challenge?

Background:
After the original divorce in Salem Ma., He moved to Rhode Island and
then South Carolina. Having gone through courts in both of these states back
in 1990-1992 and spending over $65,000.00 in lawyer fees to no end, she did not
receive one penny in alimony.

After 15 years of not wanting to even talk about the ordeal we have come back
to Salem court. There is no time to jump from state to state years at a time.

She was awarded a conclusive decision by the court in Salem Ma. last year. During the proceedings
he didn't shown up once in court. Incurring three contempt of courts. He has a capias out for his arrest.
He is living and working in Spartanburg, SC., essentially laughing at the courts, lawyers, and law enforcement.

This is your profession, Somebody has to have a better answer than hire a lawyer!!!!

Question:
How do we get him back into this courts jurisdiction, or how do we convert this Capias
so that it is actionable in Spartanburg , SC.

Perhaps there is a law enforcement free help site that could be of help?

It's not so much about the delinquent fees, After 40 years of marriage a little justice would go a long way.

This is an internet forum...no one on this site can walk you through a step by step collection process that goes across state lines. One hint: you will have to get the judgement recorded/accepted in the jurisdiction where his property is- of course to the extent you can prove he has any property. You need a local attorney.
