alimony

What is the name of your state? TN
My MDA states that I may receive alimony as long as I do not cohabitate. I have been working out of town and living in an apartment with a man.I still have my home that I frequnt often.
My ex is threatening to cut off my alimony.
This is only a temporary situation and I will return in May.
Does my ex have me or not? Can he stop paying me?
