Michael lives in Michigan. Bonnie lives in TN. She filed for divorce and won the real estate, half the 401k's and half the pension. Michael can't afford to go to TN so how does he fight for his pension? There were no children from this marriage but the marriage lasted 23 years. They lived separately most of this time because of Michael's work. All Michael wants is his pension. Help! Also Bonnie works and Michael does not work.
