| | | Alimony after adultery What is the name of your state? California
If a woman commits adultery, admits to it & one day her husband wants a divorce after years of trying to hold on to the marriage, must he still have to pay alimony if he was the primary provider & honoured his fidelity in this union? Are there any California laws that speak to this issue? |

F*'d up isnt it?
but it works both ways, my ex HUSBAND left me and I believe was having an affair, but i was the primary bread winner and we had been married over 10 years, I could have ended up paying him alimony but he didn't ask for it. dodged a bullet. | |
