Question

hello I need help. My wife and I seperated, due to her choice, the month of March. She has filled for divorce, I have not yet been served. The reasons are mute, I think. She left me for good, after being gone for three weekends in a row without expination of where she was. She signed off our lease for the apartment. That was her discision not mine. I don't now what the determinations are for alimony besides income. I would like to know what determines if she can get alimony or not. For e.g. she left me, I did not leave her, I did not cheat, I think she is already staying with another man (hearsay no proof), she quite a good paying job after she left me, we have no children together, and we were married four years. I need to know what types of these things help me and which hurt me and help her. Thank you for your help. Husband in California
