I had to laugh because with OP's rant, I can just imagine that his attorney thought that him being in court would only hurt his own case. My BIL had that problem in his divorce, he tends to be "mouthy" so his attorney told him that if he couldn't keep his mouth shut in court that it would be better if he didn't show up. |
