I have been married to a wonderful man for 18 years( so I thought). We dated almost 2 years prior not living together. I gave up college after two years in 1980's to stay at home at to support him in his cooporate climb. He now makes 200,000.00 plus a year we have stocks and other assets. He dumped us(me) I would like to know how alimony is figured in the state of Florida. This was sprung on me 3 weeks ago, I was and am devastated. I have two children at home, 11 and 17.
