alimony income garnishment

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
Can alimony income be garnished as income by a creditor?

No..not the income itself. However a creditor could possibly garnish a bank account into which the alimony is deposited, depending on whether or not GA allows a creditor to garnish a bank account.
