Alimony and Insurance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Ex-husband currently has a order of contempt here in my state for failure to pay alimony. He currently owes over $100k to me. He has left the state. Can the contempt be enforced in another state?
Also, Is there a statute of limitation on collecting past due alimony?

It can be, but it can sometimes be difficult to do so. No, there is no statute of limitations, however does he truly have the means to pay you? Your ability to collect and your options will hinge to a great degree on that.
