Question

alimony lowered?

What is the name of your state? Colorado

His main problem with our divorce is the maintenance the judge awarded.
We were married 28 years, the debts are mostly in my name, and I don't want to start all over from the bottom. I am 50 years old and although Colorado is a no-fault state he chose to take up with our daughter-in-law. What are his chances of getting the temporary orders lowered and not having to pay for life?

Is there any drastic change in his financial situation since the judge ordered it the way it is? How long ago was it that it was ordered?

Your answer will depend on these answers.

No if anything he is getting more than before he received a raise and did not disclose it. I don't believe it was a lot.
