Hi,

I live in California & my husband of 16 years wants a divorce. He told me that the most he'd have to pay in alimony & child support would be 1400.00 - 1500.00 a month. We have 3 children & I do know that it's figured by a formula. He has a small business that nets around 46,000.00 a year. I get ssdi each month, is there anyway I could find out how much I'm intitled to? Also, I've helped him build his small business & he would like us to continue to work it together & he'd give me half of the profits each month after the bills are paid. With getting half of the profits from the business would I still be intitled to alimony & child support? Also, I'm concerned what would be in my best interest.

Please help!
