What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee

My ex-wife has her boyfriend living with her. Does anyone know the alimony laws in TN? Can I stop paying her alimony?

Cohabitation is a consideration in modifying alimony agreements, but you will have to do so through the court. Here's a link to the code:

It may or may not affect your alimony payment, that will be up to a judge to decide, and also what is stated in your divorce decree about the Alimony. It could very well be non modifiable meaning it could not be modified for any reason.
