What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY Am i entitled to alimony due to home abandonment? Was married for 13 years not legally separated for 12. He lives in houston texas and Iam also disabled. Any response you can give me will be appreciated.

Are you saying that you have been separated for 12 years without any support from your spouse? If so, you would be hard pressed to convince a court that you should be supported by your spouse/ex spouse, now.
