Baby Sit My Wife

CA, My wife has shown irresponsibility and sign of mental illness. What steps may I take to be her ward and assume guardian ship of my wife.

What are you up to?!

In the military married in AZ but reside in CA,
Is there a form a premartial agreement that may be done after wedding. A co-current agreement that finacially seperates my wifes assets/debts from my own. Can it be written to date back to the day of marriage
