Begging for help for Dad with lifetime maintenance

i really need some help for my dad. he and my mom got divorced in wisconsin 12 yrs ago.that was the worst thing to do (for him). Dad worked all his life at the same place so he could have a pension &retirement. Dad didn't abuse mom it was the other way around. A rotten & hateful person she is. Out of the divorce Dad got all the bills all the lawyer bills & has to pay mom 275 a/wk for 3 yrs.Now it is 225a/wk. .Mom gets half his pension + the alimony until he is dead. After all is taken out alimony,pension+ taxes Dad has a little more than 200 a month. Please let a real lawyer from wisconsin give me some good news. Mom has gone to school all these 12 yrs. She gets tired of that career choice & goes to another.Never has had a job since the divorce. She was supposed to have one after 3 years. She doesn't go by any of the court orders but if Dad misses work due to his heart bypass or related issues Mom jumps up and calls a lawyer. All she is is money hungry,lazy & vengeful. Mom is taking him back to court in 3 wks. For money..She put a lean on his house he wanted to move into & restraining order & 90 days in jail are coming. Please help

I had to add something. Mom & Dad were married 22 yrs. The kids were grown & out of the house. I really would like someone to give me some suggestions or any kind of answer. Dads lawyers won't do anything dad asks either. Like they are afraid of the judge or Moms lawyer. Please give me some input ...really need it Thanx
