If the box on the Apprearance, Stipulations and Waivers form FL-130 at 2.b. is checked ("2.b. The parties waive their rights to notice of trial, a statement of decision, a motion for new trial, and the right to appeal."), is the right/possibility of filing an appeal for continued spousal support denied if appeal filing takes place before the end date of 10/31/2013 in the marital settlemt agreement? Also, our agreement says that the support is non-modifiable during this period.
