Can Alimony be enforced if spouse moves out of Country?

What is the name of your state? MO

I was divorced after 30 years of marriage. The court granted me permanent spousal support. My ex has moved to Canada, can a court order for alimony be enforced if he is no longer living in the country?What is the name of your state?
