Can He do this?? What can I do??

I have been divorced for 3 yrs..Now my ex has a new girlfriend who has informed him that he doesnt have to pay me Alimony. anymore to just "quit paying her" . so he just quit last month leaving me without the xtra i needed for my apt and such.. stating he has no $$ although he has a bus and I see he keeps moving monies around.. I still have access to the bus account.. What can I do to get my small monthly support pymnts? what papers can i file to get his attention We were married for 20 years...

You need to file a motion for contempt.
