Can I do this..? Or do I need an attny? What is the name of your state? Wyoming As in most divorces, I was awarded 1/2 of ex's retirement savings. (half of what was there at the time of seperation, June 1999) Our divorce became final May 2000. I have not yet filed any papers to obtain half of this retirement. Do I have to have an attorney do this for me? If this is something I can do myself, where do I find the forms needed? Where do I send these forms? Last edited by cindywy; 02-02-2003 at 02:05 PM. |

| Thank you, I am pretty sure there is nothing there, he had only been at this job for a short time. As far as I know he did not contribute anything to his retirement. (during the 15 year marriage, again as far as I know, he never had through any of his employers, he has expensive hobbies and said he couldnt afford to. So, please dont think im out to get him) |
