can i receive spousal support

my husband and i have been sepperated for the past ten years is it too late to file for spousal support we already have a child support order in effect,if i can how do i apply can i do so at a modefication hearing for the child support?

My response:

Obviously, check with a local attorney, but in my opinion it's way, way, too late to be asking for Spousal Support because you've been on your own for such a lengthy period of time.
