change of situation help needed

What is the name of your state? NJ

I went thru a divorce a few years ago and off the records was threatened thru my attorney to settle the case without the judge hearing it or I would be paying more than we could settle on and I settled. The judge would not hear proof of my X and the income that is being hidden that I found out about during a forensic invesigation. We settled because I really had no choice. during and before the divorce my child who lives with me (no support from the other parent and no contact with the other parent any more) was being harrased so badly I had to change jobs to spend more time with her. The job changes made it impossible to keep up with the alimony I was paying and the job changes caused me great debt. We just went back to court and filed under a change of circunstances and were basically told too bad you signed a settlement agreement and just because your situation changed now does not mean the other one should not get the money as agreed. I wouldn't mind paying but I really do not have it and that is clear by the paperwork submitted. I am now being told to file bankruptcy to aliviate part of the credit card debt I have but that also will not allow me enough money to pay the alimony. I am working 2 jobs and am barely making the rent and utilities.... does anyone have an idea as to how I can get this stuff change.... we tried to get the judge to look at the case because we had evidence the original settlement was fradulent because of the income my x is hiding not only from me but from the government by not paying taxes as well and again was basically told oh well you signed an agreement (property settlement) so to bad borrow the money... again it was very clear that there is no way with what has happened to my credit to borrow any money and I don't own a home with equity as my x does. where can I possibly turn when the court system refuses to look at the situation. Please help....
