I've been seperated from a cheating wife for over a year. She turned down spousal support the first time we went to court (because of her actions) but got child support. Now, over a year later she see's that I am getting on with my life and doing better, she wants to punish me 'cause she's miserable. Her "boyfreind" is in jail. She's taking me back for the spousal. Can she get it? She even admitted in court documents that she cheated on me.
