And for some of us who are owed tens of thousands of dollars in child support, that court order is the only thing that may force the NCP to pay child support. In that case, a court order does not screw up their life. A court order would protect him as he would understand exactly what is required with regards to child support and what is allowed with visitation orders. Not everyone is capable of raising children without such orders and whether they are custodial or non-custodial parents does not exclude them from being difficult when co-parenting. It is my opinion that you cannot count on humans to do the 'right thing'.
Got it, you need an enforcer to get your money.

If you project yourself to others that they can't be counted on to do the right thing, that's excactly what you will get.

Last i knew, courts consisted of humans. Surely you're not suggesting that court orders are always the right thing?

If you project onto others that women are scheming shrews just out to screw men for the money they worked so hard for, that's what you will get. ;)
