Extortion/ Harassment: Responded placed an order to collect child support on Petitioner for Back Child Support in June of 2006, after department of child support reviewed the case between responded and I. They found the responded was the one who was owning for Child Support , and Maintenance. (Supporting document file with the court) The Responded had then contacted Petitioner living at 8440 making threats if I didn't close the case with the Division OF Child Support and sign a letter to close Spousal Support that he would take my daughter from me and bring me back to court. I explained to the Responded that it wouldn't be best for my daughter. The Responded said that he did not care at all, all he cared about was the money coming out of his check. So I concede because of my children sake for I didn’t want them to endure anymore suffering, and I believed the Responded would make good on his threats because of our past history. On December 25,2008 Ottie which is sister and the Husband of ) came to my house and in formed me that the responded had took my picture from the jail and brought it around their family to show them when I was arrested. Ottie said she could not believe how beautiful that I was in person. My daughter , told me earlier that year about her dad showing my picture when he worked for Pierce County Sheriff Department as a correction Officer. called me from Carols cell phone March 15, 2009 at 5pm to inform me that she had spoken to the Respondent about me and I would not be able to see my children because the person in which I lived with had a conviction for sexual assault and she asked me did I know about it. I knew she was telling the truth, because I had never told her the respondents full name. Brittany only knew him by James. I then questioned James. 04/20/2009 The only way the responded would know this information was to use the system which was place in order for the police station. James in questioned told me that yes he was convicted, but it happen over 15yrs ago. It was not showing on the computer when I looked it up and James has been a good friend to me, and never would anyone think that he was arrested. I see how people love him and how he is around people. He has never made advances towards me or children when they are around. So what ever happen during the time of question. He has paid his debt to society.

Ex- Husband works for Pierce County Sheriff department. I am looking for an Attorney which can represent me in civil suite against pierce county. The monies I would of collect as of now would of been $72,000.00. The child support was 708.00 per month plus 450.00 in maintenance. without interest the total 21,000.00 back support and 31,500.00 maintenance.
