cohabitation

What is the name of your state? Ohio
I was awarded spousal support three years ago and still have another three years left to receive. My now married ex-husband is in arrears over $16,000.00 and has been since Feb. 2005. He is trying to prove cohabitation. Saying that I'm cohabitating with my boyfriend. He does spend the night a lot. But does not live with me. Can anyone tell me the law on cohabitation. How can this be proven?

Where there a stipulation about co-habitation in your alimony order? Co-habitation can be proven by utility bills, or your new boyfriend using your address to receive mail.
