cohabitation

My ex husband was divorced in California. He has been paying alimony for 9 years, they were married for 19. In the decree it states grounds for terminating alimony as death or change of material circumstances, or other as court seems appropriate.

His ex spouse has been in a relationship with the same man all this time, and about 4 months ago moved in with him. We can prove cohabitation, but I am wondering if there is a duration of time that they must be living together before we should go back to court?

Why does this concern you?

Surely she meant her husband? But that still doesn't mean there's a "we."
