Deserted after 19 years

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KY

My husband and I started dating when we were 15, and married at 23. After 19 years of marriage, I just found out he has been having an affair with a 23 year old for the last 6 months. Of course, he says it is my fault and I drove him away. I worked as a teacher while he was in medical school. Once he started practicing, it was decided that I would stay home with our 4 children (one of which is autistic). I have not been in the workplace for 14 years. My certificate has long expired to teach. If I fight him, he has threatened to close the accounts and shut me off. My husband has made good business decisions, and he is a multi-millionaire. If I went back to teaching, I would make in a year what he makes in less than 2 weeks. What type of spousal support (maintenance) should I expect and for how long? Our tax returns range from 1.5 million to 3.5 million over the last 3 years. Thanks for any help.

First, get some money out of the joint accounts and into your own name, asap. You are going to need some money for an attorney and to live temporarily.

Then, go get yourself a good attorney, IMMEDIATELY. No one can tell you what you can expect in alimony, but a local attorney can give you better advice.
