Desperate for HELP

What is the name of your state? PA

I am now paying 55% of my earned wages as spousal support. Neither my wife nor I have filed for a divorce but she moved out of our apartment in November 2005 and has never returned. She has been cohabitating with her "boyfriend" ever since she moved out. I have had an overwhelming amount of medical bills as I was in the hospital for two (2) weeks in February, 2007 with congestive heart failure. I have no medical insurance either. I have tried and tried to get the support reduced with no results. I am also making quite a difference in pay, decreased, since I now work for a new security firm. I have been paying this support since July 2006 and she has no real history of working and she was also on methadone, not for heroin, but for prescription drugs. Is there any way out?

You need to file for divorce and a reduction in, or elimination of, your spousal support as part of that case.
