Determination

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

How is child support determined? My wife and I are planning a divorce. 19 years, 4 children - the oldest turns 18 Wednesday.

We are planning on using one of those online legal state specific do-it-yourself forms since money is very tight. I am hoping I will have a new job starting this June.

How is child support determined - if we do the online thing, will it determine alimony etc for us? is there a formula?


Will i owe my wife alimony forever?

Sorry, I did not mean to double post. In the divorce forum I was told I could not jump forums etc - so since this had to do with alimony and not child support I thought it was the place to post specifically.

Plus alimony questions were not answered in the other post
