I am in the middle of a divorce and my spouse has claimed 100% disability. We were married for 11 years prior to separation and she only worked the first year and then 5 months later on.

If the court holds up that she is 100% disabled, am I obligated to pay for her healthcare, or is there a state program that would cover her care?

You most likely will NOT be required to provide her with healthcare forever. if she is disabled then she should qualify for medicaid/medicare.
