Divorce calls for monthly alimony until normal retirement age at which time it may be adjcuted or eliminated based on either court order or mutual consent of both parties.
I the alimony payor have rented past 5 years and plan to purchase a condo and was wondering if a home asset is included in asset search when it comes time to determine the alimony adjustment or elimination.
Or in other words what does it take to get alimony to stop or be reduced?

Doesn't depend necessarily on your assets. You buying a condo/home is not going to lower/eliminate alimony. Her income greatly increasing or yours decreasing can affect it.
