tennessee. i am paying over the max in child support and my ex always asks for more i am no longer able to support myself i am left $100 a week to live on my truck was just repoed her name is on it and now she is taking me back to court what are my rights?

I'm confused. Are you asking about Alimony/Spousal Support or Child support? What exactly would you like help with? What is she taking you back to court for?
