divorce/supportdivorced on jan.7th.2002 was awarded half his 401k .now he has refused to do this.I get 686.00 a month ss.thats it.he does not have to support me anymore the judgement said.i thought in texas he would have to support me for 3 yrs.after the divorce. I live in central tex.he lives in ne texas and that is where our divorce was granted.can i appeal this? ![]() |

| What you want is not an appeal. It's a Motion for Rule to Show Cause (better known as a contempt). You would file it with the court. The court would set a hearing to give him an opportunity to explain why he has not complied w/the court's order. If his excuses aren't "good enough," he likely would be found in contempt, ordered to complete the process and ordered to pay your attorney fees incurred in pursuing the action. |
