What can she expect and what should she ask for in permanent support?

I hope she has a lawyer that she can ask these questions of.

She should also plan on going back to work regardless of what support she gets.

Child support is easy. Plug in the numbers:

Looks like the temporary number isn't that far off - unless NCP is paying for health insurance and/or day care.

Spousal support depends on many, many factors and even on the particular judge involved, so a local attorney should be asked.

According to you, your general county rules state that she can expect alimony for 7.7 years.

How does this translate into permanent alimony?

The strategy is to ask for the universe and hope to be awarded the moon.

If the stbx wife put as much effort into finding and keeping a job as she does trying to figure out all the angles to get a free ride, she wouldn't need alimony.

Bali...you misunderstood. She currently has a temporary support order. The question was what could she expect for a permanent (final) support order.

The OP clearly understood that it was 1 year of support for every three years of marriage.
