divorced in NJ spouse living in Florida


What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I was divorced in New Jersey after 25 years, my ex now lives in Florida and has stopped allimony, he claims he can't be touched as long as he stays in Florida. He does own property here in New Jersey. What can I do???

Tell this jerk to read Tiberio v. Johnson, New Jersey Appellate Division, A-1658-03T3, January 14, 2005.
Once he realizes he can lose his New Jersey property he might get serious.
