do i need proofs?

It says in determining alimony...besides the lenght of marriage, the ability to get a good paying job etc...it also sys something about child care and home making..Well, I took care of our son primarily..do housechores work my part time work schedule around him yet he claims I'm the opposite....lazy, stupid....and does nothing at all around the house...this is gonna be my word against his isn't it? How could you get proofs on these?
