does change in income change $ responsibility?good morning! looking for advice. I was divorced recently, and pay alimony and child support. shortly thereafter, I was laid off. I have severence but it will run out soon. if I start earning less than I earned at the time of divorce, am I still responsible for the full amount of alimony? thanks. |
