What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

My ex and I mediated an agreement and now she has said she is unable to pay the monthly settlement owed. How can I make sure she doesn't really have the money as she is self-employed and has been traveling for work and vacation.

Is this support or property settlement? Was it court ordered? If so, file a motion to show cause regarding her not making the payments.
