Failure to pay

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ

Can Xspouse be sued in small claims court for failure to pay support? Thank you

Why bother going down that road?! File for contempt. File for a tax refund intercept if you can.

How do I do that? Will I have to hire an attorney, and will it cost me? Thanks
