What long form are you talking about? A court form, a tax form, a financial aid form, or what?

If you have proof of these allegations, your lawyer should have no trouble proving this in court.

If its not going to matter as to whether or not you can force her to assist with college expenses, or how much of a share she will have to take on, then it wouldn't be worth bothering about. You would just spend unnecessary money in legal fees. If it would make a difference, your attorney would probably be willing to pursue it.

While you stated that her income had increased 400%, if she started out at 10k, and is now up to 40k, she might legitimately not be able to help.

she went from 25k to 100k. i am hoping the judge will make her contribute to college. she is now saying she is making less, of coarse. can a court enforce a parent to be responsible for college? or at least eliminating the child support, even though i make much more
Thanks
