father gets no alimony

I live in New Jersey

my ex owes me 575.00 she hasnt paid since february 23rd 2000 .
she works off the books on top of that the last time i went to court they put her on a 2 week warrant status.
I also paid for the evaluations for custody that she was ordered to pay by mistake the judge put the 300 plus another 550.00 in small claims court thats 2 seperate issues i can see the 300 for the evaluations but the 550 is back chils support and should be delt with threw probation so in reality she owes me 1550.00 how do i get that back 550.00 in the right court and since the warrant status she says she lives with her boyfriend we spoke with him . he is dating other people and she is using him as a mailing address she said to my fiancee the mother of my 6 month old that she sometimes sleeps at her sisters or grabbes a hotel room. how do i get the back mony and the 550 in the right court plus how do i get an adress i need that and she refuses to give it "is that legal" I just got a phone number becouse she has no residence so she uses cell phones and runs up the bill and moves on to another service i no shes paying alot
