What is the name of your state? S.C.

My husband was only awarded 78 days a year with his child. the ex refuses to let us have her any extra time for fear of loosing money. Just today she told us that we could not be at the school or voulenteer at the school where she just started 4k. the ex works a 40+ hour job and can not be part of the class as we can since we work swing shift. Can she stop us from being at the school and getting to see his child and being part of her life. 78 days just is not enough. Men needs more rights in S.C. What can we do?
Thank you

Tell her to kiss your collective asses.

She MAY be able to stop you, but not the child's father.

WE can't do anything. This is not your child. However, your husband can return to court and file for a modification of visitation.
