Federal Tax Refund

Will my tax refund go to my ex wife if I owe spousal support?

You have not provided enough information for anyone to give you an accurate answer.

There is a federal tax refund intercept program; how it works varies from state to state. And, it would make a difference how you pay your spousal support-via garnishment from a state agency or you just give her a check or cash.
