florida alimony

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?florida--My husband agreed to pay 38% of his pension as a firefighter in his divorce settlement as alimony. his ex-wife has been remarried for years and now she is sueing him for her percentage of his pension. Is she entitled to that since she has remarried?

Yes, if remarriage wasn't a stipulation in the original order then it was given as part of the settlement. She is still entitled.
