Follow-up to Grandma B and the alimony

This is a follow-up from the response I received from Grandma B and a response from me to her. I live in the state of New York and I thank you for your response. I would like to know what I am entitled to when it comes to his pension. He should be receiving it some time next year. Is there a percentage? Thank you again. Unfortunately, at the moment I am unemployed.
