I am currently with a man who is going thru a divorce. He has children. The wife has not had to work in several yrs, prior to the seperation, she started working part time from home. Their youngest child is 4. She is seeking 2000.00 spousal support plus 771.00 child support, can she be ordered to seek full time thru the court system?
