My ex is getting married this summer. I pay child support and spousal support.

1) Will I still owe spousal support when she gets married?
2) If not will it automatically stop when she is married or do I need to go back to court?
3) If I pay for a few months before I can get back into court will the court go retroactive to the time she got remarried and apply those to child support or do I need to hurry to get in there ASAP ?

File to have spousal support adjusted as soon as she gets married. It may take a few months but you can't file citing her marriage as a reason to end spousal support without her being married.
