What is the name of your state? IN

Husband is in arrearage for spousal support; the judge ordered a judgement for the arrearage. He lives in another state. What can the judgement be attached to?????? his home?? vehicles?????? Tax refund?? Credit report??
Can I do it myself??? or does an atty need to do this?

I'm not an attorney, but have been through all the divorce mess here in California.
Here you can go through the district attorneys office and have his wages attatched.
Meaning they will deduct the amount of his support and send it directly to you. In my case it was done on the 1st and 15th of the month.
In good ol California if you fail to pay support (especially child support) they can take away your drivers license, issue an arrest warrant etc....
Call your local D.A. s office and inquire.
Good Luck, Muki

If you want to put a lien on any property he owns I would really recommend getting an attorneys help to do that.
