I live in Missouri & divorced in Dec. my ex is a barber & paid mainly in cash.We owned a several buisnesses,all in his name(he took mine off the one we started).I got half of the one we started,he thinks after he sells original inventory he no longer owes me.Doesnt he since I got half?
Also way before we divorced money he had in his "stash" tips,change for buisness etc started disapearing.Since he didnt declare all the cash, can I get him for fraud? It was a 36 yr marriage.I only got $500 a month alimony from this tightwad!
