How do i collect spousal support PLEASE HELP!


Hello my name is Kim Carter and i live in Michigan. My husband left michigan for florida and i dont know how to collect the spousal support that was court ordered. Does anyone know how i can go about collecting this???? Please HELP

Have you filed for enforcement with FOC? They can file the contempt "show cause" hearings.

Friend of the Court exists as the enforcement branch of the court for your court order. Use them.
